BEHRMANN HAD THE VISION TO SEE WHAT FEW OTHERS AT THE TIME SAW, THAT CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL NEEDS HAD A RIGHT TO BE EDUCATED AND TO REALIZE THEIR FULLEST GOD-GIVEN POTENTIAL. MSGR. BEHRMANN PASSED AWAY IN MAY OF 2006.
