DEPARTMENT OF SPECIAL EDUCATION

ST. JOSEPH VOCATIONAL PROGRAM

Our students are given on-the-job training in such venues as:

  • Nursing homes

  • Supermarkets

  • Business offices

  • Pharmacies

  • Sheltered Workshops

  • Classrooms (as student aides)

  • Food Service

  • Horticulture

Both in-class and on-the-job training, designed for young

People 15-20 years old in transition to independent living.

We also accept young adults over 21, for full

or part-time enrollment.


The program includes pre-vocational and job training,

along with Independent living skills.


The classroom is located at Sacred Heart Parish School

in Florissant, Missouri.
